Delivery and in-store pickup

Free delivery in Luxembourg

Delivery is free for every order delivered in Luxembourg, with no minimum order. Allow 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

Orders are usually prepared the same day, or the next day for orders placed late in the day. Our carriers (POST, GLS, UPS…) let you track your parcel until it is delivered.

Click & Collect: free in-store pickup

Choose in-store pickup when you order and collect your toys at one of our two shops:

DUMONG – la maison des jouets, Ettelbruck
Place Marie-Adélaïde, L-9063 Ettelbruck – Tel. +352 81 81 72
DUMONG – la maison des jouets, Bertrange

Delivery outside Luxembourg

Our online shop delivers within Luxembourg only: the delivery address must be in Luxembourg. For delivery to another country, please order via letzshop.lu.

Packaging

Packaging is included in the delivery price. To avoid wasting raw materials, we reuse the shipping boxes we receive from our suppliers.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Please contact us by phone or through the contact form before returning an item.
